Hotel-only bookings: No planning fee. You get all the perks, at the same (or better) rate than booking direct.
Custom itineraries & group travel: Planning fees apply for more complex trips, starting around $250–$500 depending on the scope. This covers research, logistics, and personal support from start to finish.
